			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the best ways to crank up your metabolic furnace and burn fat is by boosting the intensity of your leg training.  If you have six feet of space in your office, a stability ball, and a chair, you will be able to do all the exercises listed below.  The most common leg exercises that I see performed in the gym are the leg extension, leg curl, and the inner/outer thigh machines.  You will notice that neither of these exercises made it on my top 10 list.  So if you want to take your fat loss to the next level, you must incorporate these leg exercises into your workout program.<br />

If you are feeling tired during the day.  I recommend that you take a break from the work that you are doing at the computer and do at least a couple of these exercises.  You will be energized to continue with your work and projects and feel good about yourself at the same time.</p>

<li>Front Squat</li>
<li>Dead Lift</li>
<li>Split Squat</li>
<li>Reverse Lunge</li>
<li>Step Ups</li>
<li>1 Leg Bench Squat</li>
<li>1 Leg Stability Ball Leg Curl</li>
<li>Bulgarian Lunge</li>
<li>Deep-Partial Squat</li>
<li>1 Leg Ball Squat Against The Wall</li>
</ul>
<p>I&#8217;m sure some of these exercises are not familiar for many of you, so Angie and I put together a quick video to demonstrate each exercise.</p>

<p>As you can see, Angie and I performed each of the top 10 leg exercises from the <strong>comfort of our own home with very limited space and very limited amount of equipment</strong>.</p>
<p>Just like <strong><a href="http://www.thefitchic.com">The Fit Chic</a> Fat Loss 10 minute Express Workouts</strong> and <a href="http://www.thefitbastard.com">The Fit Bastard</a> Express Home Workouts</strong>If you have an 8&#215;8 space with some dumbbells and a stability ball, you can get a phenomenal workout in that will sculpt your body.</p>
<p>The above exercises are challenging, but I am certain that you can work your way up to them.  For many of the 1 legged exercise you can begin by using both legs.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s time to take your fat loss journey to the next level.  I know you&#8217;re ready!</p>

Andrew used to be a body builder and martial arts fighter. He then suffered a career ending injury. Not letting that stop him, Andrew is back on the scene with body-weight fitness training.</p>
<p>I asked Andrew to give us all a few tips on getting into shape.<span id="more-4"></span></p>
<p>During this first video, Andrew taught me how important posture is when exercising, and showed me the proper technique for a &#8220;simple&#8221; lunge.</p>
