At the Strategic Profits Live conference in Orlando, I met a fitness trainer, Andrew Chang. Andrew used to be a body builder and martial arts fighter. He then suffered a career ending injury. Not letting that stop him, Andrew is back on the scene with body-weight fitness training.

I asked Andrew to give us all a few tips on getting into shape.

During this first video, Andrew taught me how important posture is when exercising, and showed me the proper technique for a “simple” lunge.
