Are you setting goals for your fitness and business? Are they specific, meaningful goals and not just numbers with little accountability?
During this week’s podcast, Scott drills me about my own goals in fitness and finance allowing all of us to get a clearer idea on the importance of having a specific vision to move us forward. As usual, this is raw and unrehearsed, so you’ll learn some inside realities of building a business online.

p.s. After listening, let us know what your goals are, as specifically as possible with a comment below….

Dear Fit People,
How about a case study? I am 59, one of the Jenkins crew, who is closely studying Scot’s blog i360 style, for hints. How do you get your picture in your site includes anyway? But I am about 45 pounds overweight, although I exercise hard and regularly, I have yet to master the late night eating after 8 or 10 counseling clients. My 9 year old son just signed up for little league and I want to be part of that without the breathlessness that comes after a 20 yard trundle. So my thought is that I could be a case study, I just tried your cheese, egg white, red pepper, mushroom, and spinach meal last night and loved it, and we could track my program, and I believe that I might also be able to offer some insight into the FLOW experience. I have used biofeedback tools, like HeartMath or Wild Divine, or Open Focus, with my clients for a long time with good results. I could offer some comment on those as a side light to your motivation materials. You just have to interview me. Thanks for your consideration. Mike Logan
You guys are speaking to my heart literally.
Bob you are my mentor and leader. You live your passion everyday…. teaching.
Scott, I have heard you speak and hear Bob speak of you often. You are obviously passionate about working out.
I look forward to adding your podcast to my “diet”.
I experienced my first Mastermind meeting this week with the mastermind group that Bob setup.
Being in the healthcare field of cancer, http://www.dvssmartmarker.com I see weekly both young and old individuals whose lives are cut short.
There is no tomorrow. Today is really the first day of the rest of your life. We have no promise of tomorrow.
Thanks for allowing me to listen in on your therapy session.
I look forward to following you.
Kind regards
Glenn Seymour
